6 weeks - 12 years old (6 weeks - 15 mo starting Monday Aug. 25)

What forms do I need to fill out for my child’s initial visit?

Upon the first visit, parents will need to fill out the Student Registration Form, Child’s Immunization Form (a copy of the child’s immunizations is acceptable). An Emergency card is also needed which is available at the center. Please allow 5 minutes per child to complete.

A Health Care Summary is also required, however, not until 30 days after the child’s first visit. This form needs to be completed and signed by a health care source. Forms can be faxed to the center at 651-439-2516.

There is additional forms required for infants which are available at the center.

If I am a member of Victory Fitness do I get a discount while I am using the facility?

Victory Fitness members pay $2/hour per child up to 1 1/2 hours per day when using the fitness center. Rates apply to children ages 16 months and older.

Do I need to specify the exact time I will return?
No, one of the benefits of hourly child care is there is no penalty when you are running behind, unless of course, it is closing time!

Can I make a reservation?
With our recurring reservation option, parents can create a new schedule each week and still only pay for the hours they use. This is a perfect fit for part-time working parents, entrepreneurs and parents who just need to get things done. Reservations for 3 or more hours may be made at anytime. If the time requested is less than 3 hours the reservation may be made 24 hours in advance.

What is the minimum and maximum time my child can visit Little Victories?
On a daily basis there is a one hour minimum and there is no maximum.

Are children with contagious illnesses allowed at Little Victories?
Little Victories will only accept healthy children. See Parent Information and Policies manual.

Will you perform background checks on your employees?
Per Minnesota Licensing requirements, all employees of Little Victories are screened with extensive background checks.

What are the qualifications of your staff?
Our child care team is professional and educated and meet all the requirements specified in MN Rule 3 Licensing which is monitored by the Department of Human Services. Our staff has experience in Physical Education, Elementary Education and child care. They are dedicated to provide quality care to your children

Can my two children be in the same room?
Per Minnesota licensing, the rooms are designated by age. Siblings may not be grouped together if they are in different age categories. Our staff is great at handling the transistion for siblings.

What are you staffing ratios?
Per Licensing requirements, Teacher/child ratios are 4:1 for Infants, 7:1 for Toddlers and 10:1 for Preschool /school age children.

GirlPainting.jpgWhat steps have you taken to insure that my child is safe while visiting Little Victories?
Little Victories has digital recording security cameras placed throughout the building and playground along with electronic keyed access systems on all doors into the classrooms. In addition, all individuals will need to present a valid ID upon pick up of any child.

How do you handle serving food?

Little Victories serves breakfast from 8:30a.m.-8:45 a.m. and lunch from 12:00p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Warm lunches are served on a daily basis and need to be ordered by 9:30am. If your child will be visiting us during those times they can either bring in their own meal or purchase one. Breakfast is $2 and lunch is $4. Snack will also be provided for all children during am and pm hours. There is no additional charge for snacks. Children attending the center for the entire day receive breakfast and lunch at no additional charge.

Do I get a discount if I have a second or third child?

Yes, Little Victories offers familiy rates. Two or more siblings receive a rate of $5.50/hour/child when at the center (applies to children ages 16 months and older). PT and FT contracted families will receive a $10 on second child. See Rates for more information.

How do I pay for my child’s stay at Little Victories?

Individuals will be expected to pay for hourly service upon pick up of their child. Little Victories accepts check, cash, Visa and Master Card. Contracted families will pay on Friday for the following week. See Contracted Rates for more information.

Will you be open on weekend nights?
We offer Parent’s Night Out every month on the first Friday of the month from 5-9pm. The rate is $35/Infants and $20/children ages 16 months+. Reservations are required. See the promotions tab for more information!!
